The Brief
RS, the global FTSE 100 manufacturing and engineering giant, engaged River to develop a social strategy to launch its UK & Ireland proposition and manage the resulting community (across multiple verticals).
The Strategy
River devised a go-to-market social strategy, adopting a ‘glocal’ approach: harnessing the might of the global RS brand, but making every post and interaction fully relevant to customers in the UK & Ireland (within regulatory and governance frameworks).
The Solution
Launching on LinkedIn in Q3 2022, River activated internal and external experts – KOLs (B2B influencers) – to reach senior-level audiences. River is currently managing channel activity in a reactive mode, with the aim of maximising impact, employing multiple formats – from live events to white papers, driving and managing discussions and groups.
