We’re a forward-thinking, creative team of just over 50 people. We’re strategic thinkers, marketing experts, creatives, writers and producers with one thing in common – a passion for creating campaigns that work for some of the best customer-centric brands in the UK.
We dream up, create and perfect award-winning campaigns. But it’s not just about the creatives. We wouldn’t be River without our amazing account directors, who keep the wheels firmly on the ground, and our clever digital and data insights experts, who make sure we’re creating campaigns that drive results. And it’s all underpinned by the brilliant people who keep everything going – from finance to sales, operations, technology and our all-important talent team.
Joining River will bring you new challenges and exciting projects. And while we do work hard, we reward ourselves with a 4pm Friday finish, an extra day off for our birthdays and regular social activities!

Our office
We’re based in a bright, open-plan office near Farringdon tube station. It’s a vibrant area of London, with plenty of options for lunch and places to walk. We’re a dog-friendly office and even have our own office dog – a mini dachshund – called River! See what we did there? 😊
