The Four Stages of Agency Inside

  1. Consideration/Exploration phase – two weeks. Output: a situational business plan. 

  2. Audit phase – up to three months. Output: detailed business case and model design. 

  3. Build phase – up to three months. Output: recruit and train staff, install platforms set-up, implement workflow procedures and QC protocols. 

  4. Deploy phase – up to six months. Output: full operational in-house model. 

THE AGENCY INSIDE CMO/CEO IN-HOUSING SURVEY

In-housing has peaked in the US, but is just gaining traction in the UK. We undertook a benchmarking exercise to get insights into the in-housing ambitions of CEOs and CMOs, and what they perceived as the benefits of and barriers to in-housing.
